The father of RK Junior founder Ron Kelley Jr., Rodney Harris has been with the company since day #1, supporting his son’s business expansion through various roles. Today, Rodney is a project manager in charge of ensuring each home is built to a finished product that is not only the client’s dream home, but which is so unmatched in quality that it sets the bar for other Nashville luxury homes. Rodney carefully manages subcontractors, materials, trades, specialty services, schedules, and a variety of other tasks to ensure each step is carefully seen to and each process properly executed to create the type of homes RK Junior is known for.
